Pneumatic Tool Limited Warranty
Burke Tools Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 month* from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to Products purchased new from Burke Tools or its authorized dealers. This warranty does not apply to products which have been abused, modified, used in longer than shift operation, or repaired by someone other than Burke Tools or its authorized Service Representatives.
If a Burke Tools Product appears defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, return it to any Authorized Service Center for Burke Tools, transportation prepaid, enclosing your name and address, adequate proof of date of purchase and a short description of the defect. Burke Tools will, at its option, repair or replace defective Products free of charge. Repairs or replacements are warranted as described above for the remainder of the original warranty period. Burke Tools’ sole liability and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective Product.
The foregoing warranty is exclusive an in lieu of all other warranties, or conditions, written or oral, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, all warranties, or conditions, or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are hereby disclaimed, there shall be no liability for incidental, consequential or special damages, or any other damage, cost or expenses, excepting only the cost or expense of replacement or repair.
Use only authorized parts. Any damage or malfunction caused by the use of unauthorized parts is not covered by Warranty.
