Shipping Information:

All order as filled within three business days of the order being placed. If an items is out of stock, the customer will be notified within 24 hours of the order being placed. All orders are shipped using UPS Ground service unless otherwise specified during checkout.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

100% Refunds are given to returned products that were shipped in error or shipped damaged. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all other unused products. No returns will be authorized to used products.

A return authorization code must be obtained in order to return products. Call 800-245-2120 (extension Returns) to obtain a return authorization number.

Credits will be given after the returned product is received by the returns department. The refund will be release no later than 7 days after the receipt of the products.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? A: Depending on your location, UPS Ground will deliver all products with in 5 business day of pick up within the continental USA. Adding 3 days for processing and up to 5 days for delivery, the package can take up to 8 business days to arrive.
